This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My project goal is to help my students with hygiene or menstrual products and ensure they have free access. Many of our students come from low-income households and may not have access to products at home.
It is my goal to give students in my class each a pouch with hygiene and menstrual products, so they are prepared and do not need to miss school.
Students will be able take home bag of products to help them feel some security when they are on their period. Help me end period poverty at my school and provide my students with these very necessary but basic needs.
