My students need more books! They are constantly seeking out high-interest YA titles like these 7 titles and these will help them meet their reading goals.
This project expired on January 22, 2014.
Hooray! This project is fully funded
Every year during Banned Book Week, certain titles get my students attention and I cannot keep them on my shelves. Help get these books in my students' hands!
My students attend a public school in California which represents the great cultural and socio-economic diversity of our city.
Some are avid readers while others struggle to find books to keep their interest. They have a wide range of interests and are constantly seeking out new books.
I am always looking to help my students find their favorite books. With these titles I hope students will find titles and authors to fall in love with and develop a life-long love of reading. The multiple titles will also help students dialog about these books and make reading a social experience.
Please help fill our shelves with engaging book titles my students will want to read.
A love of reading will help my students continue to grow this year in my classroom and for many years to come!
