Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I am an ATPE member who is the proud teacher of 44 amazing third graders. This year I have the pleasure to teach reading, writing, and social studies to my students in a Title I school, where 98% of our students are economically disadvantaged and 79% are ELLs. In many cases, my classroom is like a second home for them.
My students are like my own children.
They each look up to me every day to help them prepare to become our future professionals. My goal, as their teacher, is to ensure that I do whatever is necessary for my students to succeed in life.
My Project
The carrying cases that I am requesting will help my students to carry their school provided chromebook along with its charger in a safe way.

Having a carrying case will help my students protect their chrome book and at the same time keep their belongings well organized. This will make it much easier for them to transition in between classes. The carrying case will also minimize the time that is spent having to go back and forth in between classes in order to carry all of their materials.
