Pre-K is all about getting ready for school and for life. Academics and life skills are both important for success in school and beyond. The materials my students use in the classroom help them establish solid 21st Century skills in areas like: diversity, social-emotional development, technology, global awareness, and nutrition.
My students are motivated workers and dedicated caregivers to the materials, people and animals that make up our classroom community.
My Project
Empathy, compassion and work ethic are the cornerstones of our classroom experience. Our classroom pets are the greatest tool we have for sharing and teaching these ideals. We make sure to do plenty of research on our animals to give them the best quality of life. We don't just want them to live, we want them to thrive.
