I teach gifted students in grades 2nd through 6th. The school where I teach is in a high-need community.

My students are very interested in photography, but we do not have a digital camera in our classroom. We would also love to create a portfolio of all the projects they do in my class. we desperately need a digital camera to create these.

The digital camera would make it possible for students to take pictures of one another to create learning portfolios of all the wonderful things they do in class. A digital camera would also allow them to experiment with photography, which is something they are very interested in doing.

Your donation will make it possible for my students to learn more about photography. It would also help them to create portfolios of their work and give them a tangible resource of all the things they have learned in class.
