Can't Play Basketball with Flat Balls

Help me give my students a great experience learning to play basketball. Currently, almost all of our balls are YEARS old and the rubber is splitting. These new lighter balls will make their experience easier and more enjoyable.

My Students

My students have a genuine love for physical activity and are truly motivated everyday to work hard giving their best effort. This is so motivating for me as a teacher to see so many excited young students that are constantly asking me everyday "what are we going to do today in PE Mr. Becker". Many of these students come from low income homes but they are positive and such an unbelievable joy to work with daily. They deserve the very best and that's what I am to deliver.

My Project

These new basketballs are lighter and easier to handle. My students have a hard time handling the heavy rubber balls which makes shooting and pass extremely difficult especially for 3rd and 4th graders and below.

Additionally, the balls we have now are starting to split since the rubber is so old.

We lose about a ball day and at this rate we wont have enough balls for any activity. Twenty balls are needed because students routinely partner up to practice specific skills and given that my classes are 80+ at a time I need a vast amount of balls to conduct a lesson.
