My school district is located in a rural, central Missouri farming community. The district serves approximately 260 students K-12. I see elementary, middle school and high school students each week on a fixed schedule; each class period is 50 minutes.
I love to create art with all age groups!
Students are always so excited to get a chance to make something hands on. You see them change and grow. You have a relationship with them, and they keep coming back to see you as they get older. As high school students, they can still remember the projects they did in my room like it was yesterday. It's gratifying to know that I have been a part of their lives.
A document camera in the art classroom will help students see examples of artwork on a larger scale and watch the step by step instruction of creating art.
Wow that is my artwork!
What student wouldn't like to demonstrate their art skills in front of the class on the big screen.
Whether it is creating zentangles or showing how to do perspective this device will allow students and the teacher a close up view and it will improve the student work.
This document camera will have such a big difference on student artwork. I cant wait to use this device in the classroom with the students!
