Help me give my students headphones to use for testing on the iPads as well as a microphone I can use so they can hear me in person, on recorded lessons, and during our remote learning day.

My Students
I work in an area of extremely high poverty with free lunch and breakfast for all of the students in my school.
I have a large group of kindergartners who are ready to blossom as readers, writers, and mathematicians.
School is a fun and safe place for my students, and it is my job to make sure they want to come to my class and that they have what they need to be successful. I need to make sure my students are safe.
My students never fail to amaze me. They rise to any and all challenges they are faced with and teach me new things each and every day.
My Project
My students are attending school face to face 4 days a week. We need to wear masks and be socially distanced from one another. There are times in our day while I am instructing that it is hard for my students to hear me. I feel like I am yelling just so they can hear what I am saying. I am also teaching virtually 1 day a week and recording lessons for our online learners.
Please help me to get a microphone to use during all 3 of these ways of teaching.
My students need to be able to hear me clearly and I can not afford to lose my voice. This microphone will help so much for my students and I moving forward.
Since we are a small rural title one school many of my students come without the supplies that they need. Headphones are a very important part that many of my students do not have. These headphones will be used with iPad use as well as when we do our online testing. My students need headphones to be able to focus on the test given and not other students working in the back ground.
