My students need 4 wireless mice and 4 wireless headphones for our laptops. My students also need a voice amplifier to hear one another speak during presentations.
My students are very active and they need to have equipment that is wireless and can be stored easily. My students are always moving around and need to be able to move freely when they are on the laptops. My students also need their voices amplified during presentations.
I teach in a low poverty school, 50% of my students are free/reduced lunch.
Most of my students do not get the opportunity to use a laptop at home. They do not know how to work most technology. I would like to give them the opportunity to work with technology.
My Project
I would like a voice amplifier for the students to use during presentations. Students often get shy in front of their peers and don't talk loudly. I would also use the voice amplifier to keep students attention during my lessons.
I would like wireless mice and headphones because they do not have to unravel the cords when they use the laptops. My students would use the wireless headphones and mice in workstations. The students would also use the headphones and mice when they are taking AR tests on the laptops.
These donations will help my students pay attention during class time and during station time.
My students could spend less time unraveling the cords on the laptops and figuring out which mouse and headphones go with what laptop. The voice amplifier would help me and my students focus on the task at hand.
