My Students
Third grade is a year of amazing growth for students. Students work diligently on learning their multiplication facts, writing detailed stories, and working on reading skills. All of this could not be possible without the support of community members and parents.
My class of 23 students is filled with many different personalities and backgrounds.
I have students of different cultures, as well as different beliefs. Our school is made up of 360 students (25% of whom receive free or reduced-price lunch) who try to embody our three major school rules of being respectful, responsible, and safe. Every day teachers encourage students to dream, believe, think, and achieve.
My Project
This ball will make a tremendous difference in my classroom by allowing all students to be heard. With the Qball microphone, it allows their voice to be amplified and heard by all. This teaches the importance of vocalizing your thoughts and answers. Our big focus is getting our students to communicate with one another and use words to describe their thoughts and feelings.
With the QBall, valuable communication skills are being taught to better our children's lives and future.
This ball makes things fun and interesting while also teaching the necessary skills of vocalizing. Communication is key in our classroom and a QBall will make that much more exciting.
