My Students

We are a wildly creative, enthusiastic group of teachers and students. Above everything else...we love learning and taking advantage of new opportunities.

The 130 third grade students represent dozens of countries and cultural diversity.

Together we build upon each others' strengths and recognize the importance of learning from each other. Our students take such pride in their learning and motivate us (their teachers) to consistently seek out quality academic experiences. We have enthusiastic community of parents who always go above and beyond to support our students.... This school, and especially this grade level, are such a privilege to be around.

My Project

Over the past three years, our district has adopted new language, math, and science curriculums. Our new materials are filled with incredible audio clips, videos, and even songs to support the learning of all my students. Unfortunately, the computer speaker can only be heard by the students sitting very close. It's prohibitive.

I want my kids to have access to their curriculum!

A good wireless speaker that can be placed anywhere in the room will ensure that ALL my learners can hear the stories, music, and examples they need to be academically successful. Living in a technological society means that we need fundamental technology.
