Help me give my students a set of twenty headphones to be used with guided, computer-based learning that will allow each student to learn at their own pace during intervention and enrichment periods.

I am a first-year teacher at a Title One school with a mission to "see every scholar to and through college." I have made this mission my calling and seek every opportunity to help my scholars be successful. My scholars keep me on my toes. They are curious and inquisitive and they are highly energetic. In fact, their "energy" can be a little overwhelming sometimes. However, they stay engaged and work hard to actualize our shared vision.
Parents and scholars were not able to provide supplies for the classroom; therefore, much of my classroom budget was spent on providing basic scholar supplies.
In order to provide a fully functioning learning lab, my classroom is deficient in basic classroom needs.
My classroom has been chosen to participate in a pilot program at my school designed to provide computer-based reading instruction to students during our enrichment and intervention time. After completing a diagnostic test, students are then placed into the appropriate instruction group. The program allows for greater differentiation in reading instruction and allows the students own learning pace to take precedence.
Reading enrichment is helpful, but only if the students can hear the instruction!
While I have computers in my classroom, I have only two headphones available and I have twenty-three students in my intervention group. Students need to be able to hear the lessons being presented without being distracted by other students in the room. Also, there are translation tools available for my English language learners and being able to hear the reading translation, will help them to grow more confident and learn at a much quicker pace.
