Despite the low income homes many of my students come from, they still thrive in my classroom, and are always imaginative, loving, and bright. They bring joy to the classroom, and always use their creative mind. It gives me so much joy to see their big smiles every morning and to see how much the children love coming to school.
I love being the one teaching these kiddos.
I have many different academic levels and needs in my classroom. As their teacher, my goal is to provide my students the environment they need in order to continue growing into the wonderful students they are.
In 3rd grade, the students work on a big biography unit. This year, they did a lot of research on the Chromebook. I love the "Who was" book series and would love the students to be able to read about someone in a book rather than online. This allows them to have information right in their hands that we can trust. Then, the students pick a person they want to "become" for our wax museum.
These books will allow my students to research their "wax museum character" deeper!
My students love to read and having these books would be awesome! These books would be available for them to read all year round too!
