My students need two toner cartridges for the classroom printer.

Imagine sitting down to your computer and typing a paper, a grocery list, or something else you intend to print. You save your document. You hit print. And then . . . NOTHING! You're all out of toner. This has been the situation in my classroom before!
I'm a second grade Special Education teacher.
My school is a Title I school, and approximately 90% of its students receive free lunch. My classroom recently received a computer and a printer. What a godsend! With this new technology, I am able to help bring my 7- and 8- year old students into the 21st century. From learning how to type to performing basic searches on the Internet for information, my students love every minute that they have on the computer!
After almost a year of using this printer, the toner cartridge needs replacing. My students use this printer to create hard copies of pieces of writing they have been working on. They also sometimes print out pages they find while searching the Internet for information on specific topics they want to learn more about. I use this printer to generate worksheets for both homework and classwork for my students. Without a working toner cartridge, my students and I simply can't print out our work! At times I am able to save some of their work, print it out at home, and bring it in the next day for my students. But it's 2011! Every classroom should have a working computer and printer!
I am requesting two toner cartridges to cover all of our printing needs this upcoming school year and hopefully into the next school year.
Please help my new class of 7 and 8 year-olds start the school year off right! With these new toner cartridges, you can ensure that my answer is always "Yes!" when my students ask me, "Can I print this?"
