Campus Beautification Team Work

My Project

Weekly Garden club is an opportunity for students to learn about pollinators, life cycles, planting trees, and growing gardens. On our campus, we are fortunate that not only the Garden Club students can enjoy this, but all students.

Having the greenhouses in a communal space will allow all students and the community to see “what is happening.” The students have been working hard to expand our garden so that it is ready for them and the young plants they will add in the spring.

Teaching them to use a seed block and paper pot maker will enable them and students across the campus to grow various plants from seed. This is also a great way to model conservation.
