My Project

Halfway through our second year coming back from Zoom school, students are still showing signs of anxiety and social stress from their peers, home life, and other stressors. However, I'd like to keep my classroom as a safe space for students to be themselves as they learn about who they are and how to process emotions. I'd like to create an inclusive classroom community, which means keeping students in the classroom as much as possible.

Having a calming corner will help students find a space to de-stress, calm down, and still be part of the classroom community.
