Help me give my students experience the wonderful world of wizardry. The class set of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone will allow my students read along and find evidence in the text.
My class is a group of spunky, curious, eager learners with a wealth of knowledge to share. A variety of abilities, backgrounds, and personalities fill each day with wonder and fun! Each year brings with it new challenges and together we meet those challenges head-on with hard work, teamwork, and perseverance. My students love working cooperatively in partnerships and groups. This group of eager learners enjoys reading challenging texts, difficult math problems, and S.T.E.M. activities. I am so proud of them!
My Project
The various Harry Potter books will allow each of my students be active participants and experience the wonderful world of wizardry. The class set of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone will allow my students read along with me as I read aloud and be able to find evidence in their own text. The Spanish copies will address my Spanish speaking students and the other books will serve as follow up enrichment reading for those who would like to continue their fantasy journey with Harry Potter! This project also supports my 2019 classroom Decor and theme of Harry Potter! Wingardium LeviOsa!
