Help me give my students Anki Cozmo Robot and Ozobots to support STEM coding lessons in my gifted classroom!

I teach in a Title I school in middle Georgia. Our school is high poverty and ethnically diverse. Despite the population of nearly 100% economically disadvantaged students working against statistical odds, these children have managed to remain competitive with their academic peers in surrounding counties. That is thanks to the enthusiasm, dedication, and hard work of both the students and the teachers!
I teach the students in the school who have been identified as "gifted." Now more than ever before, it is important for our public schools to be able to offer students the same kinds of opportunities that they would have in a nearby wealthy private school.
I believe this can be accomplished through the use of the DonorsChoose.org platform. I would love to help these children acquire the same level of world knowledge with the same types of opportunities, materials, and experiences as all of the children around them! They deserve it just as much!
We would love to have these awesome coding robots for our gifted education classroom. In my school, there is no allocated budget for resources for my classroom, so all materials I use with my students were inherited from someone or purchased by me. I would love to have coding robots, because they are great for teaching students about the basics of learning to code. Students create specific color patterns, or codes, depending on what they want the robots to do... speed up, turn around, change colors, etc. The robots read the code and then perform that coded task! It’s such a great, hands-on learning tool for coding! In order for these students to be 21st Century World Changers, they need to keep up with technological advances going on around them. That starts here! Thanks for helping support STEAM in our gifted education classroom!
