Help me give my students calculators to learn 7th grade math standards and pass the state test.

Hi! I teach at a girls school that ranges from grades Kindergarten to 8th. My students are ambitious learners with learning disabilities. Each of them has their own obstacles to overcome and with awareness, courage and determination, they can achieve their goals within a timely manner. Their confidence soars when they achieve goals and it makes them more receptive to learning new information. Although some of their learning disabilities inhibit them from being social, they are learning to show empathy to their peers and adults through classroom experiences. Their social skills are improving daily with their levels of confidence. My students are also learning self-advocacy for their education. With recognizing their learning styles, they are also learning what strategies work or do not work for them which helps them to be more outspoken about resources they need.
My students show that they care about education by assisting one another when they sense a deficit in their classmate's performance.
They show they are capable of being responsible with completing tasks and asking for help when they do not understand lessons. I rarely have to follow up with them to get assignments turned in because they have learned to be accountable.
My scholars need (10) calculators to help them learn 7th grade math concepts. The End of Grade Assessment requires that my students know how to use an advanced calculator to solve complex math problems. Their parents can't afford to buy them and our school doesn't provide them.
All of my students have learning disabilities and are constantly delayed with completing assignments because they do not have the proper materials to accommodate their needs.
I have a few weeks before the end of the quarter and I've been teaching them from cell phones and other devices which aren't frequently accessible. They need to have an opportunity to pass the assessments like other students in General Education classes.
