My students need these TI-84 calculators for testing. They are middle schoolers, and when testing arrives, they want to be prepared and successful for the calculator active section.

My Students
The Middle School Math Students here thrive on hands on activities. They love learning about how math can impact their lives, and they are using it in ways that will enhance their growth mindset skills. Learning with project based activities has really increased their abilities to relate to the standards taught. They are a fantastic bunch that are not only learning how to successfully work in various groups, but they are also developing leadership skills as they dictate and assign roles while taking on major responsibilities.
Each and everyday they always seem to amaze me, and I am truly proud to call them my students and be their educator.
They are not afraid to make mistakes, because at the end of the day they know that learning from our mistakes only makes us stronger! Strong enough to strive to make the world we live in a better place! To our future architects, meteorologist, scientist, lawyers, doctors, and entrepreneurs...my Mathletes!
My Project
These TI-84 plus calculators will make a grand impact on their test scores. There are just some math problems that need to be solved with the use of the calculator, such as squared and perfect cubed roots. The ability to execute this task can be a bit challenging and time consuming while testing. In order for the lessen of simple mistakes made, the calculators will give the students that chance of being more successful at achieving their desired class test, and EOG score.
With most standardized test being timed, my students need these materials to be effective in achieving their desired goals and scores.
The students are really are set on achieving their best and making themselves and their community proud.
