My Students
My students are young adults preparing for life after high school; our responsibility is to ensure they have the proper tools before entering adulthood. Each student is paving their own pathway for success using the teachings and lessons that we provide. Everyday they are excited and eager to learn when they cross the threshold of the classroom.
Education is the passport to the future.
How and what they learn will determine our future and the future of our great society.
My Project
Each student is required to have their individual portfolio, it is a requirement that is part of their end of the year grade. Currently, it is the responsibility of the school to provide every student their own portfolio.
Every student portfolio is inspected at the end of the 9 week grading period, almost every portfolio will need to be replaced due to wear and tear and almost none of them cannot be replace due to the cost.
Having portfolios that are donated to the students will help tremendously and will offset the cost.
Students who will benefit from these portfolios will be able to see their accomplishments, skills, experiences, and attributes. It will highlights and showcases their best work, along with life experiences, values and achievements.
