My students need 5 uniforms to participate in a JROTC program.

Our students join cliques, gangs, and peer groups that do not value honor, success, and education. Often these groups become a powerful force within the building that extends to problems in the classroom. I am trying to build a core band of students to reverse this trend.
My students range from the quite and dedicated to the loud and lacking direction.
I wish to give the quite and dedicated the pride and self respect needed to be successful in the world. I want to give the students who are loud and missing drive a sense of discipline. A uniform can serve both purposes and forge a bond between both groups who will be required to perform as a group. These team will complete staged tasks set by the staff but will also serve to support each other when life challenges weigh heavily on one.
We have a core set of uniforms, however we need more for the smaller cadets. These are the former BDU uniforms used by the military. By putting on a uniform, it is a reminder that they have higher expectations in regards to discipline and dedication. They serve to remind the cadets that they are a team and they need to support each other. The uniform will create a positive influence on the atmosphere in the school.
Provide a group of students who want to succeed and improve to identify with others who are like minded.
Help replace the negative attitudes some students have toward school and education by empowering the students who care to become distinguished in the school. Make dedication, honor, and success popular not carelessness, disrespect, and ignorance.
