My Project

Social Emotional learning is a necessity and foundation for future skills when working with others and regulating emotions. A lot of these skills are developed at a young age and are learned best through play.

Utilizing play centers such as a house center develop cooperative play skills, sharing, communication skills, household roles and creativity.

The baby care center, baby accessories and baby dolls are all placed in the house center and used to develop those social emotional skills. House center is one of the favorite centers in my class so the materials are used a lot!
