My Students

Our school is a global family that teaches children to respect various cultures and learn from each other. ASH is one of the most ethnically diverse schools in a district with 90% of students receiving free lunch. ASH is a magnet school that focuses on the arts and humanities. Students at ASH have opportunities to be a part of several performances that show off their individual talents. All of my students have dreams, and I want to give them the tools and skills needed to make them come true!

My Project

My students would have so much fun with these Bee Bots! We could use them in so many different ways in our classroom. Students can use these during ELA centers and math centers all while working on their coding skills. The Bee Bots can be programmed by students and will encourage them to critically think, problem solve and work as a team. My students will think they are playing with a robot and playing games, but little will they know they are learning to code! I love being able to introduce them to new technology that will keep them engaged in their learning!
