Being from a Title 1 school, my students have a lot of needs. Although I do receive legislative money, I use this money to take care of a lot of the day-to-day needs of my classroom, such as art supplies, white board supplies, and center activities.
Students with ADHD, on the Autism spectrum, and those who have experienced trauma will all benefit from a few extra dollars sent our way.
We will use the items to build a community, enhance learning, and support all learners. Thank you for your consideration!
My Project
The chair bands are a huge help to those in my class with ADHD, as is the balance disk. Students on the Autism spectrum will benefit from using privacy offices daily, and all students will love that they get to use an office during assessments. The puppets, in a beautiful array of skin tones, when used in our play center, will create a stronger class community, and will support students who have experienced trauma.
All kids get the wiggles, but some more than others.
