My students need seats that help them get the fidgets out in their new flexible seating arrangements. Because we have more group seating opportunities, we also need more supply caddies to organize materials like pencils etc.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I'm new to this school this year. I'm truly blessed because this is an amazing group of students! They are bright, inquisitive and really love technology as they were part of the first cohort involved in our district technology grant. Their love of technology and ability to use it well is significant in this building in that many of our students qualify for free or reduced price lunch, which can be an indicator of low socioeconomic (SES) status among many families. Many low SES families do not have access to tech at home. I'm very proud of our community for passing this levy so that all students can be prepared for a technological future.
My Project
I have 28 awesome 4th graders who each have their own strengths and needs. I need help getting them what's necessary in order for them to be successful. Hopefully you can help.
Some students just can't sit still... so why set them up for failure?
I think that supplying students with seating spots where wiggling is expected allows them to be who they are and still "get their learning on," is the best choice. These exercise type ball seats, are found to help kids focus while their tendencies to wiggle are occupied with keeping their balance.
In order to meet the needs of all students, we have created more groupings for seating arrangements. Because of these added hubs of learning, we need more supply caddies so students can easily and quickly access the tools of their trade.
