Bursting Into Social Emotional Learning for a Better Me!
Help me give my students ways to control their emotions, feelings, anxiety, worry, and anger and to help them with self-esteem, bullying, being calm and grief!
The students I service are from the side of Chicago which is considered a poverty stricken neighborhood where they look for our school to provide resources in social emotional activities.
My students struggle socially, emotionally and academically as the community rely on me to provide resources to counters their deficiencies.
Every day I provide counseling, teach classes on emotions, feelings, study skills, research, prepare for high school, career development, classroom management, provide teachers resource to cope with emotions, grief, self-esteem, conflict, feelings, depression, loneliness and suicide.
My Project
These books will make a difference in my students lives to help them manage their emotions, feelings, anxiety, worry, and anger. In addition, students will gain help to provide them with the tools to boost their confidence and self-esteem. They will gain life long lessons to help them keep control of their feelings, emotions, and anger. It is the hope that they will lead their community to help rebuild their school and community culture. Finally, my students will be able to serve their community and others around them as they gain knowledge to express themselves in a positive matter.
