I am the head volleyball coach of our middle school and the director of our local club program. The young ladies on my teams are all incredibly talented and smart athletes. Many of them play multiple sports while maintaining passing grades in school and being outstanding members of their community.
We are a small town team with big aspirations.
We are made up of 4 school teams and 11 club teams, reaching roughly 150 girls in total. The ages of our athletes range from 9 years old to 16 years old. Each year our numbers continue to grow, and we are able to share the love and passion for volleyball with more and more girls.
My Project
Our school volleyball club is bursting at the seams! Since our numbers are increasing, our teams are also. This means we need more volleyballs to serve our girls. We need these volleyballs because, without them, we can't meet the needs of all of our teams.
You can bump, set, spike and serve your lady Kavemen by helping us purchase new volleyballs.
Every tournament weekend, we are required to bring our own set of volleyballs for each team. Right now, we don't have enough to do this. These extra 12 volleyballs will allow our 2 additional teams to take enough volleyballs for their warm up.
