Help me give my students three tablets that have visuals and interactive activities which will build their vocabulary in English.

I have a class of twenty-four students, and all of my students are English language learners.
Two years ago our city was affected by the hurricane Harvey, and a lot of our students lost all their belongings.
All kids can master if heavily encouraged and enthusiastically supported.
When a learning atmosphere with high expectations is introduced, by the classroom teacher, and supported by the school and community, students cultivate an "I can do it" posture and perform to exceed.
As a teacher, I expected to develop a learning environment with high expectations for children who may have been conditioned to consider that they aren't capable of high achievement due to language barrier or conditions of poverty. With resources, encouragement, and affirmation, I attempt to build the ability my students need to master. Trust and acceptance are abundant in my classroom, but funds are not! Your sustenance in helping change that is very much appreciated!
I will use the three tablets requested to make an interactive center with some bilingual online games.
I found a variety of free games that young students will enjoy, for example, Arbol ABC (https://arbolabc.com/), Juegos infantiles PUM (https://www.juegosinfantilespum.com/), Mundo Primaria (https://www.mundoprimaria.com/juegos-educativos), etc..
That will make the students interested in building their second language.
My students will utilize them for personal growth, and I would like to execute them with an interactive center.
I believe that if the technology is employed in instructional programs that support them with their learning, it will be easier for them in learning a second language.
My young bilingual students need these tablets to help then to build English vocabulary.
