Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

One of my roles as a school counselor is to promote a safe, equitable, and positive learning environment for all of the students I serve. It is very important to me that I support students’ social, emotional, behavioral, academic, and mental health. One way I am able to do this is through the implementation of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports. Many young students respond positively to being both recognized and rewarded for their positive accomplishments at school. This project would help me do just that!

I have intentionally selected the items on this list that I know my students would be very excited to earn.

I will be so grateful for any donations made to this project for I am not able to fund this on my own! I am looking forward to the excitement on so many students' faces when they are recognized for their positive behaviors and have something to show for it!
