This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our class is part of an amazing school full of diverse students that come from a variety of socio-economic backgrounds. We promote and encourage students to become globally-minded citizens.

It is our purpose in life to educate and empower each student that walks through our doors and give them the tools they need to be successful in life.

Our students learn through the art of inquiry, and have learned the love of asking "why". With this hunger for knowledge of the world, I know they will do great things in the future!

My Project

Our world is heavily technology driven and is moving faster than our schools can provide. Some of our students do not have access to these technologies at home, but are scored based on their ability to test on a computer. I have requested four laptops and an iPad mini.

With your help, we would be able to give more students access to technology so they can familiarize themselves with computers/tablets and be able to access all the information they desire.

With our learning being inquiry based, this will give me the ability to act as the facilitator and allow my students to find the answers to the questions they have about our learning.
