My Project

When student needs are met on all levels, students are able and more ready to learn. There are many students who do not have consistent and reliable access to food, hygiene, and menstrual products; understandably, these students are more distracted or opt to stay home. I have been approached by many students asking for pads, hygiene products, or snacks.

Our Self-Care Station will give students independent access to food, hygiene products, and menstrual products.

The station, organized by a cart, lets them know that school is a safe and reliable place for them to go when they are in need of resources.
