My Project

Building number awareness is a critical need for our young learners. Using a resource like Math Stackers will help students visualize the concept of numbers and the difference in their size.

A major goal in 2nd grade is getting students to easily see and build the friendly 10.

These math stackers will give a great visual for students to actually see how the numbers work together to make that friendly number.

These math stackers are designed to bring addition and subtraction to life where students can visually see the difference between numbers and learn about the relationships among different numbers and their values. I would love to have this set as a class demonstration set that can then be used in remediation groups to help students who struggle to see the relationships between numbers.
