My Students
When it's time for centers/small group/fun Friday my students faces light up the entire room. They are fun, loving, inquisitive kindergartners . Our school is located in an urban area of New Orleans, LA. Many of my students don't have access to interactive activities at home. Having Magna Tiles and art supplies will allow my students to become unique creative individuals.
My Project
Every student should have the opportunity of a fun kindergarten experience! This project will provide my students with Magna Tiles and art supplies. Magna Tiles help improve critical thinking skills, shape identification, and increase imaginative play. Magna Tiles will also benefit my students who are struggling with sensory issues, focus, and spatial awareness. This project will also provide my students an opportunity to have arts and craft once a week which will increase their fine motors skills, but most importantly to display their unique creativity.
