My Students

My students are active kindergartners that come from a variety of cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Many of my young learners face different challenges both in and out of the classroom. Despite their challenges and differences, they enjoy coming together and learning new things.

My students are explorers, builders, inventors, scientists, artists, readers, authors, and most importantly children, children who are filled with energy and a love for learning.

I desire for all my students to be able to learn through a motivating, engaging, and real-world environment. I love the joy these young children have for learning, and I want to provide them with as many different resources as possible. My hope is to foster an environment where each young child that enters my classroom feels the freedom to embrace who they are as they discover a whole new world of learning.

My Project

My classroom is filled with diverse learners who need opportunities to work together to further their imaginations and creativity through play! My goal is to provide new blocks that we can use this year and for many years to follow! Our current classroom blocks are old and in major need of replacement. The blocks I have chosen are beautifully colored and magnetic! These blocks will be perfect for students to build castles, houses, cars, animals, and more! I am looking forward to adding these to our classroom! I know the students will love them!
