My students need sports equipment including 4 stopwatches, 2 Under Armour spongetech footballs, 4 lanyards, 2 adidas Brazuca soccer balls, 12 cones, and 2 first aid kits to build team work skills and fitness.
Building America's Future requires interactive sports activities. I have approximately 114 students. They are the ambassadors of the school. We are in need of sports equipment, so students can learn to socialize in a physically demanding environment.
Currently, the school has a population of nine hundred seventy-three students.
We are in a low wealth, agricultural area. All subjects including history, with a military prospective, geography, and earth science are taught here. Our major focus is on character education.
The students in our school are very motivated, and love to work on projects that enable them to be directly engaged.
The school is small, but that enables students to be better engaged with each other. The students all know each other, due to the fact they have all attended the same schools. The staff here are close, and we collaborate on everything. This collaboration enables us to better teach and discipline the students. Students in the Junior Reserve Officer Training Program (JROTC) learn the value of good citizenship and leadership in the classroom, but need to practice these skills through various team building.
My Project
The cadets/students will better be able to focus on team building and fitness with the selected equipment. I a asking for a variety of sports equipment including 4 stopwatches, 2 Under Armour spongetech footballs, 4 lanyards, 2 adidas Brazuca soccer balls, 12 cones, and 2 first aid kits to build team work skills and fitness. We spend every Friday doing team building sports events like soccer and football. The equipment requested, will better enable my students to focus on the leadership and fellowship roles. The students love to play sports, and it helps reduce student stress. Good sportsmanship is always practiced and enforced.
The students in our school are very motivated, and love to work on projects that enable them to be directly engaged.
The Raider Team challenges my students by physically requiring the teams to work together, in building and crossing a one rope bridge, competing in a push-up, set-up, and run event, a vehicle pull, a logistic relay, and a litter carry. Help my students acquire the equipment they need to meet the challenge.
