This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The Hero's Engine is an innovation stretching back to ancient Greece. It operates on the principle of a closed system, steam within the closed system being pressurized and getting out by the pipes going out of the sides. The pressured steam escaping causes the engine to spin continuously.

This device is very useful in a student's education because it employs principles of energy and energy transfer and motion.

There is also the fact that one can not see what goes on inside the engine. Therefore, students must infer what happens inside and why the engine moves.
