Help me give my students a fun, hands on way to work in small groups to strengthen their math skills with roll and solve games along with the building blocks.

My students are 1st graders in a high poverty, inner-city primary school. All students in our school receive free breakfast and lunch. Our students are provided with uniforms to wear to school, pencils to complete their homework, backpacks to carry their schoolwork home in, and coats to keep them warm.
There are about 99% of my students always come to school eager to learn, happy and smiling.
They are kind, caring and curious and always ready to lend a helping hand to other students and myself. The other 1% may tell stories of incarceration, drugs, homelessness, death and sometimes abuse. I try to comfort, console, encourage and just listen to their stories they share. It is amazing that even through all of these challenges they are all still eager and ready to learn. They are constantly asking questions and soaking up the knowledge like they are a sponge. Our district wants our students to promise to always dream BIG!
My students work on a variety of levels, so these games will provide each of them an opportunity to work at their individual levels. The students need a variety of options to practice with so the activities don’t become boring as well and these activities will help enhance their learning experiences. These activities are easily adaptable for the students’ individual learning levels. Some of these activities can be used some or with a partner to practice their math skills. All of these games/activities are skills we work on through the school year. So if a student has difficulty on a particular skill these can be added into our small groups to continue working on the skill.
