My Project

I have tilapia that need warmer water. Right now, they are in room temperature water in my Aquaculture room. On weekends it only is around 68 degrees, which is very cold for tilapia. My goal would be to have it continually at 78 degrees, which the inline heater would be able to do. I would put these on two tanks and have a back-up if something bad happens with them. The students can chart and see how climate control affects growth rates in fish.

This will ultimately get the tilapia to eat more and therefore, grow faster to market.
