Broken Headphones Need to be Replaced and Adding a New iPad
Help me give my students new headphones and another iPad, so they can take the MAP test.
Our school is located in Springfield IL., and all students are provided with 100% free and reduced lunch. Our school serves a diverse population with a mixture of cultural and ethnic backgrounds. Most students are eager to learn and are appreciative of supplies provided for them.
They work hard everyday to overcome challenges that come their way.
Our school is a second home to the students and we consider every student a part of our family. I'm proud of each and every student.
I work as a k-5 literacy coach. We administer the NWEA MAP test three time a year and we are always in need of extra headphones. Students are asked to bring in their own with their supplies, but most often do not. The headphones that the school has provided are not holding up. They break easily and stop working. We currently do not have any funds to purchase more.
Providing headphones will allow the students to work independently during the MAP testing.
These headphones will fit more securely on the students and allow the students to have a more comfortable testing experience.
In my room I only have 2 extra iPads that I am able to use for the testing. Providing 1 more will help administer any make-up test to the students in a more timely manner.
