My Project

My students have been stuck at home for much of the past two years, missing out on field trips and experiences outside the classroom. Even in pre-pandemic times, my students didn’t have many opportunities to travel or see the world beyond our island.

Help me give my students experiences that will broaden their horizons, spark their creativity, and create a sense of community through virtual reality.

These VR headsets will be used to supplement our curriculum, as incentives to attend tutoring, and as a way to build relationships and foster my students’ social and emotional well being.
