Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Our school works continuously to provide new learning opportunities for our students. With the rise of digital media, it's important that we adapt teaching tools to communicate and explore content in new ways. Students in this generation are provided electronic devices such as phones, tablets, and Chromebooks and use these devices to learn, communicate and interact with the digital world. They have shown to be adept with new modern technologies and continue to amaze us with their projects.
Our students are hungry to explore the digital world.
They are striving to find and learn new applications, engage in various devices, and utilize digital media as their main method of communication.
My Project
The best learning experience is the one where students are fully immersed in the material. With budget and time constraints it has become increasingly difficult to plan field trips and real-world experiences to our classes. We want to create and provide fully immersive 360 environments to engage our students in a whole new way.
This project aims to bring the world into the classroom.
We hope to create and share Virtual Reality environments to help bring education into the classroom. Students have so much more to learn from witnessing, experiencing and interacting with content that is out of classroom reach. Please help us bring the future to our kids.
