Help me give my students great looking halls upon our return to school! We are looking for rolls of paper to help us in decorating our bulletin boards & classroom doors!
I teach science in a 1:1 technology district in rural Northern Wisconsin. We have over 360 students in our middle school.
I engage 90 bright and energetic 5th graders daily.
I love teaching these students and enjoy everything I learn with them.
Almost 60% of the students at our school receive free or reduced-price lunch. With a limited budget, getting those "extra" resources can be a challenge, but our kids deserve extras, too! We appreciate every gift that is given to us.
My Project
This project is for paper to be used to help us decorate our doors & bulletin boards. Paper rolls are expensive and often an extra expense that gets cut from school budgets.
Help us bring life back to our halls with fun & festive door & bulletin board paper!
Several times a year we like to let the students spruce up the hallways by having a door decorating contest. Our students put together some of the most creative doors we see & it gives them ownership in our halls & rooms!
By allowing students to do the decorating we are building teamwork and giving them a sense of community. The only prize is hallway bragging rights but watching all of the students work together to build something like this gives us all a sense of pride in our learning space.
