Bringing a Game Atmosphere to Safe Soccer Practices

My Students
I currently work with an energetic group of high school students on the autism spectrum in Houston, Texas. Before the pandemic, I made it my mission to provide my students opportunities to actively engage with their non-disabled peers.
COVID-19 has disrupted so much of our students' daily lives, but we have not let it disrupt our school spirit.
My school is a Title I school with a large percentage of my students coming from under-served neighborhoods.
My Project
There are football schools and there are basketball schools. Then there is my school - a soccer school. I would love to help an awesome group of young men on the freshmen, junior varsity, and varsity soccer teams. This talented group of athletes are a mix of nationalities, with the varsity team hailing an impressive 21-0-1 record.
Their secret weapon is diversity.
They are a direct reflection of the game's worldwide reach and the neighborhood they represent.
The PA system requested would allow the coach to be clearly heard no matter where he is on the field, especially now during their socially distanced practices, drills, conditioning and team meetings due to COVID-19. The PA system can assist the coach in establishing and maintaining a game-like tempo by having a more vocal role in practice. Another strategy that can create game-like atmospheres at practice involves adjusting the audio level output during important team period drills.
This forces players to listen and communicate with one another during chaotic situations. Team chemistry and unity will be positively impacted, while also preparing players for intense game situations. The ball bags are the perfect bags to transport the team soccer balls and plenty more.
