Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are enthusiastic and engaged in all aspect of learning. They come from a variety of ethnic, socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. As all young children come to school with a variety of learning styles we must provide an array of materials to meet and stimulate their growth. We must also document their achievements through the visual use of photographs.
Pre-Kindergarten students are the youngest learners in a vibrant school community which is filled with supportive, involved, parents.
Teachers also go beyond their role of classroom teacher and get to know children across the grades through inter-visitation and collaboration.

Photos Bring Pre-K100 to Life! My students need printer ink so that we can keep our amazing photographs of class activity and family engagement going through out the year!
My Project
Throughout the year we use photos which are printed on our wireless printer to bring all aspects of Pre-K to life. Vibrant color photos do everything from document student progress to celebrate family engagement!
Children and their families receive great joy in seeing photos of their work both in the classroom and displayed out in the school hallways for all to appreciate! Photographs remain an important assessment tool, documenting student progress as well as celebrating the special friendships that occur during the school year. These photographs become part of the students school history as they take them home at the end of the school year and add them to their Pre-K Memoirs!
