I am a teacher in a Title I school. My classroom is made up of EC children and typically developing students. I have students who have special needs and behavioral challenges. My classroom also has students who are learning English as a second language. My students are in a low-income school with very little funding.
My students try so hard to learn new things!
They work hard every day to learn the new things that are needed for school. They love playing in the math and science center but needs some help to make it educational for them on their level.
In this project I have asked for a raised bed. With this my students can plant flowers and vegetables. This will allow my students to learn how to grow items.
The raised bed will be a flower bed and a vegetable flower bed.
The wood pieces will allow my children to explore what real wood looks like and feels like.
Please help my students learn how it is important and how it takes teamwork to grow plants and food. Help my students learn how to share what they grow with others around them. Help them learn to grow the food they eat every day.
