Cleveland students are hard working, energetic and in need of new STEAM related materials. They continue to get excited about learning more in the areas of science, technology, engineering, art, and math.
Visit our school or peek into my STEM classroom and you will see and hear students engaged in sharing ideas, participating in challenges and learning from each other.
We have a close-knit school community that gets excited about fun, hands-on, real world challenges. I want to continue to inspire these elementary kids by using quality materials related to STEAM. New coding materials heading into the holidays and the changing of a season will assist students in renewed investigations, help develop critical thinking skills and enhance their problem solving techniques. These coding materials will help students continue to be engaged all while learning more about coding.
My Project
Imagine kids working on their basic coding skills sharing a robot instead of waiting to take their turn. Adding Botley 2.0, the screen-free robots, will allow entire classrooms the opportunity to put on light shows, code sequences of up to 150 steps, move in six directions and play memory games. The add-on accessory bundle will allow student to create crashing chain reactions, or obstacle courses encouraging critical thinking skills and early physic concepts. Botley can also grow with students as they work on mastering logical thinking skills.
