This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
Hi! I teach 2nd grade, in Park Forest. Our students come from a variety of different economic backgrounds with over 90% of our students receiving free lunch. As diverse as our students are economically and culturally, they are diverse in their academics. Our school and our classroom are dedicated to meeting the academic and social needs of ALL of our students! We are constantly seeking out new, engaging ways to reach each and every student in our classrooms. Please help us make our dreams a reality!
My Project
I am seeking book boxes so that each student can have their very own library of books to choose from. Currently, my library is lacking storage so books are very hard to see and search for. Students have lots of different interests and love to help other children select books. We need Neon Connect & Store Book Bins to create a place where we can easily access all of the great literature available to us. Please help us create a comfortable and easily accessible place to grow our minds!
We are passionate about reading and would love to show off our favorite books in bright colorful book bins!!
