I have a great second grade class made up of bilingual students, non-LEP students, special needs students, and Spanish speakers who are truly eager to learn.
Our school is located in a very low-income area at the tip of Texas, right by the border wall.
All of our children qualify for free breakfast, lunch, and dinner due to their socioeconomic status.
I am highly inspired by my little bunch of happy, hyper, and exciting children, and I am always out trying to get them everything they need to make their learning as easy and engaging as possible. I love my children!
I would like my students to acquire tolerance and acceptance of others regardless of their diversity. We will use the Cricut Bright Pad and other accessories to press positive quotes and designs on t-shirts and other items. My students will also create positive quotes to promote kindness and build character and positive relationships on our campus.
My students will be able to create their vinyl kindness quotes easily with the use of a Cricut Bright Pad.
We will continue to learn to accept the uniqueness and differences of others. This project will teach leadership, compassion and acceptance and help students learn how to be positive role models in the community. We are striving to have a bully-free school environment where they will be able to make a difference.
