My Students

I work at an inclusive school in Los Angeles that serves all students, no matter their needs. My school fosters such a sense of community, I know we are helping students to make kinder and more mindful choices now and in the future.

I have students with diverse backgrounds, cultures, and abilities in my classroom.

The uniqueness each student brings to my classroom and to our school is what builds community at our school. As a teacher, I want to foster and grow their uniqueness and engage every learner in my classroom.

My Project

Our classrooms are lucky enough to be outfitted with Smartboards, which have the potential to provide students with interactive and memorable learning experiences. Unfortunately, our projector is blurry and dull, making it all but incompatible with this amazing technology.

We are asking for a projector that will provide a bright, clear picture so we can utilize all of the technology available to us.

In addition to utilizing Smartboard activities, this projector will allow us to more seamlessly watch instructional videos and presentations, view photos, and preview items streamed from our document camera. These are things we should do every day to foster an engaging classroom environment!
